Elcora Housing website and house catalogue

Elcora Housing manufactures timber frame houses, small houses, saunas and garages in a factory in Estonia and delivers them across Europe. We built them a bilingual WordPress website on the Breakdance builder, designed in Figma: a filterable house catalogue, a detailed page for every model, a quote request form and pages for resellers.

Highlighted solutions

• Figma design: a calm, premium look with large photos of the houses in nature, a light sand tone alternating with dark sections, airy typography and rounded cards. The pages follow the Figma mockup using Breakdance global styles, and a light or dark header can be set per page.
• Filterable house catalogue: all models in one view with floor area, rooms, bathrooms and starting price. Visitors filter by category (houses, small houses, saunas, garages), size, floors, rooms and bathrooms; filters stay in the URL, so a filtered view can be shared. On mobile the filters open in a separate panel.
• Model pages built from ACF fields: each house is its own entry with floor area, semi-finished and turnkey prices, roof pitch, building and ceiling height, energy class and construction time. The page is assembled from that data automatically: hero photos, specifications with icons, a floor plan slider and a gallery.
• Bento gallery builder: the layout of each house’s photo gallery can be designed in the admin: every image gets its own width, height and crop focus on a 12-column grid. That lets the client create magazine-style layouts without touching code. A separate gallery page switches between models.
• Completion levels and quote requests: “Semi-finished” and “Full turnkey” open a popup with a detailed table of what each package includes. In the quote form, visitors choose their country, house model and completion level, give the planned construction start and can upload drawings or a site plan.
• Two languages and resellers: Estonian and English content with Polylang and a custom-designed language picker, a resellers page, a “Become a dealer” form and an FAQ.
• Speed: images are served as WebP automatically and the house videos are optimised. Media weight dropped by almost 1.7 GB, and the videos play smoothly in Safari and mobile browsers too.
