What does it mean that I only need my own AI subscription?
You buy a Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or other subscription directly, and AI usage costs go straight to the provider. I add no markup on it. From me, you only buy my time and expertise, as an hourly or project price.
What is the difference between hourly and project work?
Hourly means we bill actual hours, €50 + VAT per hour. It suits advice and cases where the final scope isn’t clear yet. Project means we agree the result, deadline and a fixed price before work begins. It suits cases where you know exactly what you want.
Is my data safe?
The work runs on your own accounts and tools. Before we start, we agree which data AI may see and which it may not, and we choose a subscription tier where your data isn’t used to train models. If you wish, we sign a confidentiality agreement.
Will an AI solution replace my employees?
The aim is to take repetitive, tedious work off your staff, not to replace people. Important decisions, customer contact and oversight stay with a person. We build solutions so a person sees and confirms the AI’s result.
How much does it cost and how fast are results?
The hourly rate is €50 + VAT and the first consultation hour is free. A prototype of a simple automation usually takes from a couple of hours to a few days. We give a precise price and schedule after the first hour, before anything starts.
Can I trust AI if it makes mistakes?
AI sometimes gets things wrong, and that shouldn’t be hidden. So we build solutions where a person reviews the result at the important points, and we test with real data before real use. We tell you honestly where AI works well and where it doesn’t.
Do you only work in Estonia?
We work remotely and, where needed, on site in Tallinn. We serve clients in Estonian, English and Russian.
