If Directo is your ERP and orders arrive from a web shop, retyping them by hand is slow and error-prone. The integration keeps Directo as the source of data and brings web orders into Directo.

We have built this kind of integration for the Foodexpert B2B ordering centre.

What the work includes

  • Items. products are imported from Directo into WooCommerce through the Directo XML API.
  • Prices. selling prices are synced to the shop.
  • Customer-specific prices. B2B customers see their own Directo prices where these are set by contract or price list.
  • Stock. stock levels are updated regularly.
  • Orders. WooCommerce orders are sent to Directo as sales orders or invoices, depending on your process.
  • Customers. buyers are created in Directo or matched to existing customers.
  • B2B scenarios. for example logged-in customer prices, purchase limits and order confirmation. The exact scope is defined during the review.
  • Error log. failed transfers are logged and can be retried.

The hours shown above are a typical baseline for a standard scope. Bespoke sync rules, such as multiple warehouses, price lists or B2B terms, are scoped after a free review.

What we need from you

  • Directo access and XML API setup.
  • Whether an order becomes a sales order or an invoice.
  • The customer groups, price lists and warehouses the shop needs.
  • WooCommerce admin access and, if possible, a staging site.

What is not included

  • Configuring Directo itself or defining business processes.
  • More complex B2B rules and multi-warehouse logic, which are estimated after the review.
