Estonian shoppers expect bank links, cards and parcel lockers at checkout, not just a credit card and postal delivery. A default WooCommerce install offers none of that, and if payments or shipping are configured wrongly, the cart breaks at the final step. We set up the payment and delivery side so that the purchase works from order confirmation to parcel handover.

The work suits a new shop as well as an existing one that needs a new payment method, a different parcel-locker plugin or tidier shipping rates.

What the work includes

  • Payment methods. We install and configure the payment provider you choose: Montonio, Maksekeskus, Stripe or Paysera. The right combination depends on your contract, sales volume and whether you need bank links, cards, instalments or international payments. We choose together after looking at your shop.
  • Payment callbacks and statuses. We check that the provider’s callback sets the WooCommerce order status correctly and that abandoned or failed payments do not leave orders in limbo.
  • Parcel lockers and couriers. We add delivery options for Omniva, DPD and Smartposti according to what the chosen plugin supports: locker selection at checkout, courier delivery and, where offered, home delivery.
  • Shipping zones and rates. We configure WooCommerce shipping zones (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, rest of world), rates by weight, order total or product shipping class, and delivery-time wording.
  • Free-shipping rules. Free shipping by order value, zone or shipping class, including exceptions for bulky or heavy goods.
  • Label printing. We set up shipping label and waybill printing from the order screen where the carrier plugin offers it. If a feature is missing from the plugin, we tell you straight away.
  • Test orders. We run the full checkout in sandbox or test mode: successful payment, cancellation, failure, refund and the delivery choice saved on the order. After that we do a final live check with a small amount.
  • Emails and order data. We make sure the selected locker and delivery method show in the order, the customer’s confirmation email and the admin view.

What we need from you

  • Contracts or accounts with the payment providers and carriers (Montonio, Maksekeskus, Stripe, Paysera, Omniva, DPD, Smartposti) and API keys or portal access.
  • Your shipping prices, free-shipping rules and the countries you sell to.
  • WordPress administrator access and the ability to place test orders.

Who it suits

It suits shops selling in Estonia and the Baltics that need local payment methods and parcel lockers. If you are moving from Shopify, these steps follow the Shopify migration. If your payment or shipping needs are unusual, we can build a custom solution, but we decide that only after looking at the limits of the existing plugins. It depends on sales volume, the payment methods you want and your contract terms. We review the shop and recommend one without pushing any particular service.

Can shipping labels be printed from WooCommerce?

It depends on the carrier plugin. Many support label printing from the order screen, but not every feature exists for every carrier. We tell you before starting what is possible in your case.

Do you test with real payments?

Mostly we use the provider's sandbox or test mode. At the end we place one small live order to confirm the whole chain works.

Can payments on an existing shop be changed without downtime?

Yes. We usually work on a staging copy or switch the new method on in the live shop only after testing. We always take a backup before changes.

How much does it cost?

We start with a free review and estimate, which shows how many payment methods and carriers are needed. We bill actual time spent.
