If your shop runs on Erply and you have a web shop alongside it, comparing the two systems by hand means wrong stock levels and oversold items. The integration makes Erply the source of product data and sends web orders back into Erply.

We have built this kind of integration for the Bravo Tehnika web shop.

What the work includes

  • Products. products, categories and descriptions are imported from Erply into WooCommerce through the Erply API.
  • Prices and price lists. selling prices and, where needed, price lists are synced to the shop.
  • Stock and warehouses. stock is updated, and with several warehouses or locations we decide which quantities the shop shows.
  • Orders. WooCommerce orders are pushed to Erply as sales documents.
  • Customers. buyers are created in Erply or matched to existing records.
  • Scheduled sync. data is refreshed regularly by scheduled jobs, with webhooks or queues for fast changes where the case calls for it.
  • Error log and alerts. failed requests are logged, critical errors trigger an alert, and a failed item can be retried.

The hours shown above are a typical baseline for a standard scope. Bespoke sync rules, such as multiple warehouses, price lists or B2B terms, are scoped after a free review.

What we need from you

  • Erply account access and API credentials.
  • Which data is mastered in Erply and which in the shop.
  • The warehouses, locations and price lists the shop must reflect.
  • WooCommerce admin access and, if possible, a staging site.

What is not included

  • Configuring Erply itself or POS operations.
  • Complex multi-warehouse, price-list and B2B rules, which are estimated after the review.
  • Building the shop itself, see adding WooCommerce.

The main sync is scheduled. For fast changes we add webhooks or a queue if your case needs it.

What happens if a sync fails?

The error is logged, we send an alert, and the item can be retried.

Do you support multiple warehouses and price lists?

Yes, but these are agreed as a separate scope that we define after the free review.

How much does it cost?

We start with a free review and estimate, and bill the actual time spent.
