Newsletter integration for WordPress and WooCommerce

A newsletter works when the sign-up form is on the page, consent is collected properly and contacts land in the right list. On many sites the form is simply bolted on somewhere, buyers never reach the list, or subscribers cannot tell what they agreed to. We connect your WordPress site or WooCommerce shop to your newsletter tool so data moves by itself and you stay in control.

We work with Mailchimp, Smaily, MailerLite and Klaviyo. If you use another service, we check whether it has an API or an official plugin.

What the work includes

• Review and choice. We look at your current tool, pages and shop, and decide whether to use the official plugin or build the connection through the API.
• Sign-up forms. A form in the footer, inside a page, in a pop-up or at checkout, styled to match your site and working on mobile.
• GDPR-correct consent. A separate, unticked checkbox, clear wording and a link to your privacy policy. Time and source of consent are stored. We handle the technical side; legal advice comes from your lawyer.
• Double opt-in. A confirmation email before the contact is added to the list, where you want it.
• List and tag sync. A contact lands in the right list or gets a tag depending on the form, product or customer group. Fields such as first name and language are passed on.
• WooCommerce customer and order sync. Buyers are added based on consent given at checkout, and order value and purchased products reach the tool for segmentation.
• Automated emails. A welcome email for new subscribers and an abandoned-cart reminder, where the tool supports it (for example Klaviyo and Mailchimp).
• Tracking. Sign-ups and sales are tied to analytics so you can see which campaign brought orders. See also GA4 and Tag Manager setup.
• Importing existing contacts. If your list is in Excel or an old tool, we help move it without adding people who never consented.

What we need from you

• Access to your newsletter account and an API key.
• Administrator access to WordPress.
• A decision on which lists and segments you have and which emails should be sent automatically.
• Email copy and design if you want automations. Writing them is a separate job.

Typical scenarios

A company site needs a simple form and a welcome email. A shop also needs customer sync and an abandoned-cart email. A shop with thousands of existing contacts needs the origin of consents checked before reconfiguring anything.
