Looking after a website can turn into a chore. Usually it comes down to a lack of time, or a content management system so awkward that simple tasks become a headache. Often the time spent managing the site would be better spent on something else entirely.

Zezz offers content management for both websites and online shops. We have extensive experience with platforms such as Joomla, Drupal and WordPress, along with a few smaller ones. On the e-commerce side we have managed WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart and PrestaShop. We can also handle custom-built content management systems. Our development capability means we can solve problems as they come up, too.

We price the service in different ways: a fixed fee for specific tasks, a fixed number of hours per month, or time measured as we go.

Our hourly rate for website management is €35.00 + VAT. For task-based pricing, just ask for a quote and we will go through it with you.

How this job works

  1. Send an enquiry

    Send us your site address and a couple of sentences about the problem. We usually reply the same or the next working day.

  2. We review it and give you the price

    The assessment is free. You’ll know the exact time and price before you decide on anything.

  3. We do the work and report back

    We take a backup before making changes. When the work is done you get a summary of exactly what was done and what to keep an eye on going forward.

Frequently asked questions

How much does this cost?

The hourly rate is 50 € + VAT. We’ll give you the exact time and price after a free assessment and bill according to the time actually spent.

How quickly can you start?

We usually pick up smaller jobs within 1–3 working days. If your site is down or it’s a security incident, we start the same day – just say so when you write.

What if the job takes longer than expected?

If it turns out the scope is growing, we get in touch and agree it with you before carrying on. You’ll never receive an invoice for something that wasn’t discussed beforehand.

Do I have to move my site to you?

No. We do the work where your site already lives. All we need is access to the WordPress admin and usually to the hosting as well.

Is a backup made before the work?

Yes, always. Before any change we take a copy of the files and the database, so it can be rolled back in seconds if needed.
