Bravo Tehnika sells garden, forestry and agricultural machinery. We built them a WooCommerce online shop whose nearly 2,900 products and 80 categories are kept automatically in sync with the Erply inventory system.
Highlighted solutions
- Erply ↔ WooCommerce sync with a custom plugin: stock is updated every 5 minutes, products and prices every 15 minutes, with a full sync every day. Jobs are resumable and logged, and a failed run continues from where it stopped.
- Discounts from Erply price lists: active price lists automatically become shop sale prices and expired discounts are removed. Discounts set by hand are never touched.
- Protection against double edits: write access to the product catalogue for Erply’s own integrator is blocked, so only our sync changes the data. Orders can still be read and updated.
- Automatic brand sync: the WooCommerce brand taxonomy (29 brands) is generated from the Erply attribute.
- Withdrawal button (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56⁴): a custom module with the statutory “Withdraw from contract” button and withdrawal form, mandatory for online shops from 1 September 2026. The customer receives a timestamped confirmation by email.
- Montonio payments and shipping methods, filters, a wishlist and fast search.
