How we start
Before monthly maintenance begins, we bring the site up to a proper standard.

Assessment
We review the site, the plugin and theme status, the server and the backups. We tell you what’s fine and what needs fixing before maintenance can start.

Clean-up
We bring updates up to date, set up backups, remove unused plugins and install a security layer. A one-off job charged at the hourly rate.

Monthly maintenance
From then on the site moves to a monthly fee. We update, test, back up and monitor – and each month we report what we did.

How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance for a regular website is 40 € a month + VAT, for an online store 70 € a month + VAT. The monthly fee includes everything listed above. Larger development work and fixes outside maintenance are charged at the hourly rate of 50 € + VAT, and always by prior agreement.
Do I have to move my site to you?
No. We maintain sites where they already are. If the current hosting is too slow or too limiting for the site, we’ll say so – but moving is your decision, not a condition.
Can maintenance be cancelled at any time?
Yes. There’s no long-term contract and no exit fee. If you stop, all the access and backups remain yours.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We make updates with a fresh backup already in place, and we test the site after each one. If something breaks, we restore it and resolve the problem – that’s included in the monthly fee, not extra work.
Do you make content changes too?
Smaller changes – a text correction, swapping an image – usually fit within maintenance. Larger content work runs as a separate site management service at an hourly rate of 35 € + VAT.
My site is already infected. Can you help?
Yes. We clean the malware off the site, find the way in and close it, and get the site working again. That’s a separate one-off job, after which the site can go into maintenance so it doesn’t happen again.
