Allika Pesula booking engine and Remato integration

Allika Pesula is a premium hand car wash chain with three locations in Tallinn and Peetri. We built their entire website, the WooCommerce online store and the booking engine. The heart of the site is the booking engine at /broneeri: the customer picks a location, vehicle, package, extras and a free time slot, pays right away, and the job lands automatically on the wash team’s board in Remato. Thousands of bookings have been made through the system.
Highlighted solutions
- Seven-step booking engine: log in as a regular customer or continue as a guest, then location, vehicle type, cleaning package (with photo, price and duration), extras, date and time, and details. A summary of the chosen package, duration and price stays visible throughout.
- Real-time availability: the calendar greys out full or closed days up front, and every time slot shows how many places are still free. Opening hours, breaks, lead time, booking duration and the shared pool of washers across all three locations are taken into account, and the manager can adjust staffing per day in the admin.
- Remato integration: once a booking is paid, a task is created automatically in the Remato work management system under the right location’s project, with the time, duration, customer, vehicle, package, extras and payment method. The team sees the day’s jobs in Remato without anyone retyping anything.
- Payments and orders in WooCommerce: every booking becomes a WooCommerce order. Private customers pay by bank link or card through Montonio or on site, business customers get an invoice or a consolidated invoice. The customer is sent straight to payment with no intermediate pages, and an invoice export to the Merit Aktiva accounting system is in place.
- Customer account: sign-in by e-mail or with a Google account, saved vehicles and automatic prefilling of details. All bookings are listed in the customer’s account with their details.
- Offers and recommendations: staff can create special offers in the admin that appear first in the extras step, and returning customers are automatically recommended the extras they bought before. Discounts are calculated on the server, never in the browser.
- Rental car and coupons: a replacement car can be ordered for the wash day (one car per day, reserved together with the order), and coupon codes are validated live in the form.
- Reminders and newsletter: an automatic reminder e-mail goes out the day before the wash, and newsletter sign-up is connected to the Smaily platform with GDPR consent records.
- Admin pages for staff: worker pool, rental cars, special offers, Google sign-in and the homepage slider are all configurable in the WordPress admin without a developer.
- Website and online shop: we also built the whole company website (services, price list, locations) and the WooCommerce shop that sells car care products and gift cards with the same payment methods and Estonian parcel lockers.
